My Mixtrack mapping for trakor pro.
My Mixtrack mapping for trakor pro. Posted on: 08.05.2011 by Kanesha Bellavia Hi !Here is my mixtrack mapping for traktor pro, inspired by The Pancaker's one, this one is for decks, 2 FX units (advanced/single only), you can control all the parameters of the effects. I classified mappings into different lists so you can easily modify it. I believe a picture is better than words to explain how it works (especially for me !), so take a look at the pdf file. If you have any question or suggestion, don't hesitate ! Hope you enjoy. PS: Sorry about my bad english, and the tsi file is in the zip file | |

Kanesha Bellavia 09.05.2011 | Ok I see ! But then I can't use loops while effect is ON... |
Loyce Mekonen 08.05.2011 | My suggestion is to remove the need for a shift key to use the buttons. Instead of that, I'd just use the FX mode as the sole modifier instead of adding the extra shift... Hope I make myself clear lol... |
Kanesha Bellavia 08.05.2011 | 1) Yes it is ! 2) Effect shift is actually needed only for buttons (reset, 1 and 2) and param3. Dry/wet, param1 and param2 don't need it. I'm not sure to understand your suggestion.. |
Loyce Mekonen 08.05.2011 | Two questions, this is a 2 deck, 2 FX units (advanced/single only), right? The other one... in order to use the effects buttons and knobs, you have to hold at the same time the FX shifts? As a suggestion, wouldn't it be easier to just assign the FX mode key as the only modifier instead of holding another button while on such mode? Btw, I'm glad my mapping was of inspiration to you haha. |
