Endless encoder help

I'm trying to map an encoder on my Remote SL to list scroll, and I'm having a little trouble.

If I have it set to: Encoder/Relative 7Fh/01h I can scroll down, but if I try to scroll back up it just jumps to the top.

Encoder/Direct just skips to the end of the list

Also... Automap is set to Incremental

In Traktor You Have 2 option in Encoder Mode
1st. 7Fh/01h = 127/1 mean Value 127 to 65 is Decrement 1 to many step & Value 1 to 64 is Increment 1 to many step the 0 is Reset value (center) or we called "Relative (2

Hang on, what software?

How about making it a knob and adjusting the acceleration in traktor? Also see if.you can make it a 360 knob...I know its not the best option but at least it should work.

@bartboy only one command
@bradcee 3 is a no go too
encoder, knob, and inverted are my only options

thanks for the ideas guys!

Do you have other options in the automap? Maybe absolute or something.

Try the 3hf setting instead of 7?

Please do because this is stumping me. Are you using two commands or one?

Nope... Just list up/down.

I'll post a picture of the mapping toevening when i get off work

is there more than one thing mapped to that up command?

Invert was a no...Same thing opposite direction. Sensitivity didn't work either... Just had to turn my knob more for it to do the same thing. Also, acceleration is off.

Any more ideas?

Try changing the rotary sensitivity to something lower than 100% and see what happens also you may need to hit invert. Make sure acceleration is off.
