New to Traktor and controller

Hi, I just got my MC6000 and Traktor the other day and I have a few questions. I know how to search through the song list using the jog but I wanted to know if there is any way to search through the folder list using the jog as well. I have a HUGE amount of albums and they are sorted the following way

Folder: Genre
Folder: Album
Track

I can scroll through them using the scroll knob but not the jog. The knob works but it takes a very long time to get to the album I need. I would rather use the controller to do this than the mouse.

I am using Windows 7
Dell XPS 15
Traktor pro 2
Denon MC6000
