Do you already have a legal copy of Traktor 2? If not don't forget to calculate that into your cost. The price of those other controller suddenly jump when you add $200 for T2. |
Chasidy Heckenbach 15.06.2011 | once you start experimenting with your own custom mappings and getting used to how they work you'll never want to use any preset mapping again anyway.... so for me it's more about the quality and number of controls the surface provides. edit: if i had the cash to buy a new expensive controller i mean.... for now i'm just going for cheapies with creative mappings |
Tatum Ansaldo 15.06.2011 | I'd go for a Reloop over a mixtrack or mixdeck. Very solid build quality. |
Karry Sappington 15.06.2011 | Would you do scratching, then go for mixdeck . if not a mixtrack and add a kontrolx1 n you are done. |

Su Kowalsky 15.06.2011 | well i started on a numark mixtrack and saved my money to begin with, so i could get other stuff. the mixtrack's mappings are fine, if a little limited. between the two i'd probably choose the mixdeck. but the innercheapskate in me tells you that if your starting out with traktor then the simpler the better and i'd advise you to get a mixtrack. on the other hand however, you may get bored to the simplicity of the device if your quick to learn. |
Robby Nakatsu 14.06.2011 | anyone? |
