Help with fx questions
Help with fx questions Posted on: 18.07.2011 by Clarence Lyden Im believeing about buying a midi fighter and vci 100...my concern is that if i have the instant gratificatoin mapping installed as well as djtt vci mapping will the fx presets that the vci has override the midi mapping fx presets....my concern is that if i choose to use a fx preset from the vci for a build up and then later want to use the midi fighter in my set will i have to go back to my preferences in traktor and download the midi tsi file and get the fx presets back or is there a simpler way to keep those fx presets for the midi fighter on hand...sorry if this doesnt make that much sense if you need i can explain it better | |

| Arletha Heddens 19.07.2011 | Well, I'm not too sure of the mappings you will be using, but you can always edit the maps so they change back by default. |

| Arletha Heddens 19.07.2011 | If what i understand is correct, your concern is that if you use the VCI for effects, the three effects on the left / three effects on the right will be changed by the midi fighter or visa versa? If this is your concern, it shouldn't be too much of an issue considering that i believe that both the mappings change the effects as they are needed, so they will change them back automatically. If not, then i'm not too sure sorry. |
