Flaky LED reaction in Machine Mapping

Hi,

I am trying to create a mapping for the Machine to compliment the S4 and one of my first goals was to create an effects units selection mapping, because the S4 can only control 2 units and I have 4 untis on. I am using the A, B, C, D, buttons to select the decks and I use the select button as a modifier. The top left 4 buttons 13,14,9,10 are being used to sybolize the effects units 1, 2, 3, 4, respectively, .

So, the goal is, when I select deck A and the "Select" button, then the buttons are lit up in the same fashion as the effects units are on for that deck. This works great and I can quickly turn effects units on and off.

However, this is the issue. I set up an "out" LED control for each effect unit to turn off the led lights, when the "Select" button (the modifier) is set to off, so the buttons go dark and can be used for other purposes. This works great for Decks A and B, so I know the mapping is good, but as soon as I add Deck C, the responses of the LEDs get flaky in all decks, but especially in Deck C. Sometimes the LEDs turn off, when I hit "Select", sometimes they don't, sometimes they also don't turn on. I know this is quite advanced stuff, but has anyone experienced anything similar? Is there a way to fix this or get around it? I've tried changing the button type in the controller editor, re-assigning new names and channels and deleting everything and starting from scratch three times!! I spent practically a whole day yesterday experimenting with this and I just can't get the flakiness to go away.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you try to change channels in the controller editor?

Hmm..I don't believe I have conflicting mappings, but I'll double check. The thought of doubled up commands is also why I re-entered the mappings 3 times. The third time going through all the buttons and seeing if I had somehow mixed something up.

Do you have any other mappings that may be conflicting? I would doubt it because you've changed stuff around in the controller editor, but it's all i can believe of right now. Maybe try and delete the S4 mapping and see of the Maschine LED's work without it active?
