I just recently purchased a midi fighter pro cue master and im having trouble mapping the knobs and the faders, it seems as if traktor isnt recognizing when i try to learn it, then move it.

make sure it sends out midi via a midi monitor (<-- google this)
if not contact the store via orders@djranking s.com

It's hard to troubleshoot these issues, but I'll give it a try..

1. Is the MIDI light at the top of traktor being received when you move/press something? If not, make sure it has all the latest drivers, make sure that Traktor is recognizing it, you can check by going to Settings > Controller Manager > Drop down menu next to mapping select. Check to make sure you have the MIDI Fighter selected. (It may show up as USB Audio Device fyi)

2. I don't believe this will be the case, but sometimes other mappings I have interfere with the one I'm trying to setup. You may want to disable any other mappings you have active for the time being by doing exactly what I outlined in 1, but instead changing the input/output for your other maps to "none". Sometimes maps work on the same MIDI key, which you can easily switch by selecting MIDI control channel, but if it works after you disable your other mappings, all you have to do is rearrange the MIDI channels your devices are sending on. (Eg. MIDI Fighter Pro on channel 1, APC40 on channel 2, etc..)

3. With my APC40 I had this same problem where Traktor wouldn't recognize the MIDI messages. With a quick google search I found out that one my Logitech Webcam was interfering with the APC's ability to send messages! I had to delete a specific registry value, but after I did it finally worked! Maybe you're having the same problem?

4. If it's taking you too long, dude, just contact DJTT support! I know they work very hard on maintaining quality products, and you can tell that recently they are really trying to be a strong presence in the pro DJ field! (Perhaps a little too much recently.. am I right!?) That being said, I'm sure they have a great staff who will get back to you quickly!

Hope that helps!
