Jog FX - not touch sensitive

I have a Kam digi mini controller (not touch sensitive). Want to make something like Ean's mapping on S2. I have mapped the effects amount (group mode) to shift+jog wheel. I cant get it right with the turning on (group mode turning all 3 effects on) of the effects? I would like to turn effects and effects amount on holding shift+jog wheel? How should i do it?
And second if i map fx on as a group to the designated effects on/off button - what did i have to do to turn the led on when the button is toggled. Would appreciate your help since i am complete amateur when it comes to mapping!
