Novation Dicers in Traktor Scratch Duo
Posted on: 28.04.2012 by Tonja Ipema
Hey all, not sure what I am doing wrong. I am able to map my new novation dicers into Scratch Duo, however, I am getting weird feedback noises on ONLY the looping functions (almost sounds like a digital fart) whenever I cue a loop or uncue a loop. I have put in a ticket to Novation but cannot get ANY kind of feedback from them. Has anyone else had this problem? If there is anyone out there that can show me the way they have theirs mapped I would be forever in your debt! VERY FRUSTRATED! I believe the dicers are hellcool but there is no way I can preform with them live functioning like this.

Update....Still getting in both Relative and Absolute
Is there a way to map it to NOT have to hit the shift key first to loop? Could I just map to hit the dice number to activate/deactivate the loop?

VERY FRUSTRATED!

by "Plooping" I am assuming you are talking about grabbing the loop offbeat? I thought that as well but it seems to be happening either way. It also does it on the release of the loop as well.

I also noticed that the timecode status will show "skipping" whenever I try to grab a loop or release it.
