Nedra Fresneda 15.05.2012 | Nope, the direct just work for for the first 8. Names will be displayed in the Cue tab. |

Nedra Fresneda 15.05.2012 | The 8 regulars ones, then Cue/Loops>Prev/Next Cue/Loop to navigate and Store Cue/Loop to keep adding them. |
Tatum Ansaldo 15.05.2012 | I don't have my copy to hand, does it explain how you can use them, specifically with midi? |

Tatum Ansaldo 15.05.2012 | SSL doesn't have anything like the mapping capabilities to make this work. And a given track in traktor only has up to 8 cue points. I haven't tried ms pinky but I've heard it works well. One thing I would say, syncing up traktor and ableton to the level required to avoid stuttering with this method will be a pain in the ass. |
Angella Mosiniak 15.05.2012 | I don't use SSL but I do know that the bridge doesn't alow you to scratch in ableton, but this workaround should be viable in Serato, right? |
Angella Mosiniak 15.05.2012 | I only heard that ms pinky was still getting worked out. Is it accurate and stable enough for hardcore scratching at a gig? From what I just read ms pinky doesn't retrigger the same cue twice, but all that stuff should work fine with this method. Ms pinky also looks like something you have to install and you have to own max for live and know how to program it to work on ms pinky, but this |
Tatum Ansaldo 15.05.2012 | I don't see why that's necessary... If you want to scratch in ableton you can use ms pinky, if you want to use a few clips in traktor why not use the sample decks? |
