Traktor f1 midi mash mode + controls track deck! Posted on: 12.07.2012 by Dick Korus Created this mapping based on instant grat. Converts your f1 in midi mode to control deck d, working on it still, and set the fx for decks b and d and use the pad as a midi fighter. The knobs control filter, high mid and low for deck d and from left to right, the faders control master volume, second one is still awaiting a function, third one controls the size of the loop, and the last one controls pitch bend. Sync is sync. Top row of pads Is cues 1-4, bottom 3 row of pads is midi fighter mode. Bottom row of small pads from left to right sets fx for deck b and fx for deck d to mash with. Then comes the cue button and play pause. The capture button sets a loop. Or turns it off. I just need a function for quant, reverse, type and size. Any suggestions would be appreciated. As well as a function for of the faders! Let me know! Oh and yes browse will be browse. Set a track to deck d will be to press the knob above browse. And yes I am making a mapping for deck c and fx for a and c as well! So two f1s and a two track mixdeck will controll 4 tracks | |

| Dick Korus 14.07.2012 | Hey stewe yea I'm having a little trouble but after a few uploads, everything works normal. The only thing I notice is when I turn the rotary encoder above the browse button, it changes a number on the small screen which is rather strange because it doesn't do this in the usual Traktor layout when it controls fx cues. But I dunno it's a little but strage. I really hope they work on an update |
| Kellie Myrum 14.07.2012 | I see people are talking about issues with F1 when switching from default to MIDI mode. which seem to be different than S4 and X1. It seem not to read MIDI mapping at all till tsi is imported again. Is your mapping working properly for you? |
