can someone please either send me their keyboard mapping or help me map
1. cues 1-4 for deck a and b
2. loop size move that dose not skip values 1, 1/4, 1/16
3. "midi mode" (modifiers to add a second layer of control)

hmmmm... don't know what to tell you, I tried but couldn't replicate the problem.

that is exactly what i did but I could not find where to decrease the value of the decreasing function and it would skip every other loop value but thanks soo much for the help

For the second one pick two keys and set them both to add in>Deck Common>Loop>Loop size selector. under interaction mode, set one to Dec and one to Inc. that will cycle through all the loop sizes without skipping any.

on the first one just select "add in" and follow trackdeck>cue>select/set + store hotcue, learn it to whatever key you want, then select "hot cue 1(2,3, etc) from the "set to value" menu. under "assignment" select Deck A or B and repeat for all the other hotcues you want.
