Fade in & Out markers keep working even if disabled

Title says all, I can't seem to fix it.
Whenever the song hits a Fade-in or Fade-out marker, the other song starts.

Really annoying, and yes the option is disabled.

The only one which says something about Fade in and Out, I believe it's called Activate..

06.10.2012		I'm pretty sure those markers won't work if you delete it and never really heard of option where you can just deactivate.
