| Rosina Steinkuehler 28.01.2013 | There was a registry hack on windows where you rename the audio card to read 'Audio DJ 8', etc. Have you tried that - seems simpler than using cracked software. Wish it was so easy on a Mac to rename the audio driver! |
| Tamela Batara 29.01.2013 | Ok. Fair point. 1. I have been running this set up for about 3 months now without a single crash. So stability isnt an issue for me really. 2. I can see where you are coming from. This computer is a dedicated dj pc. It isn't connected to the Internet. Only to my network whenever I need to transfer tunes to it or mixes off it. It only has windows, audacity, traktor and avast installed. So doesnt really matter what hackers may have put in it (if that does really bother you. Personally I have had no issues with team releases). |

I dont believe it will happen though. Too much in bed with Pioneer for the high end DJ stuff, and bringing their own products to market. |
| Nancey Inderlied 28.01.2013 | I still have trouble picturing a huge amount of setups consisting of two turntables and a DB4. Scratch certification just doesnt make much sense; besides, it's going to take a lot more cash than a petition can promise to get NI to certify the thing. A&H probably calculated that the aforementioned 2 TTs with a DB4 setup isnt exactly a common option, and opted to spec their own studio-type card rather than deal with NI's standards. |
