Surely I'm not the only one with CDJs that are collecting dust right now...

yeah seriously. I was amazed to see even CDJ-1000s still going for well over $500. Tempted to sell mine but it's a mk1. Still, I bought it of the floor at Guitar Center for $600; I could practically get back what I paid for it almost 10 years later, heh.

But until I'm ready to drop money on a -900 or -2000 it's nice to have around.

yeah i agree with that, but then again i have a small & narrow console just fit for either 2 turntables or 2 cdjs & a mixer...guess what, i just love staring at my turntables now, slowly the cdjs are returning to their boxes

I have a pair too. I couldn't find anyone to buy the pair for $300 with 20 extra platter clips. I still like them because it reminds me of R2D2. They do make good spares.
