Mariano Godina 05.02.2011 | Thanks Jason, I'll have to check that out. |
Harley Hendzel 05.02.2011 | all the shafts for the knobs are 6mm flatted/d-shaft. i'm not sure what size the fader stems are. haven't bothered to measure them yet. |
Gustavo Opalenik 04.02.2011 | Headlamps always work nice in really dark environments as well. A good thing to have in your kit if you don't always know the lighting conditions at where you are playing. Some of them have red lights which are dim and a bit cooler looking for the audience. I personally like the feeling of the rubber knobs on the S4 and would not want to change them. But I do agree that they are a bit dark. |
Charline Dye 04.02.2011 | Check the thread titled DJTT knobs and faders. I have a pic there and info on which you can replace. Would give link but I'm on my phone. |
Mariano Godina 04.02.2011 | I'm also looking at replacing some of the knobs & faders on my S4. I tried a knob from my pioneer djm 800 - they fit like a dream, BUT, they 'point the wrong way - i.e when the S4 knob is at 12 o clock position the knobs white line actually shows it at 9 o clock. This lead me to believe, will this be the same with all other knobs? I see Yul you said the Xone ones fitted, but do the white lines match up correctly? |

My experience with Djs face is fine but their shipping costs are not very well thought actually (it's quite expensive considering the products and it's weight). Their range of color is great. The knobs are the same height as the stock ones, a bit chunkier, but don't feel as good (only a personal opinion) so it's really a matter of aesthetic here. |
Leeanna Ayla 07.12.2010 | Yul bought some DJ's face, no personnel experience though. |
Hang Natelli 07.12.2010 | It seems like the spare faders / knobs are sold out from the store! Anywhere else to purchase? |
Leeanna Ayla 07.12.2010 | Sorry, no neon knobs at hand. They are a tad thicker and not quite as tall I believe. I'm exploring the possibility of using some of the brush on vinyl used for applying to tool handles and such on the stock knobs. |
07.12.2010 | sweeet... |

Leeanna Ayla 07.12.2010 | The DJTT knobs and fader caps fit the S4. |
