Analyzing issue, beatgrid jumps

Hey guys, I tossed my Numark Mixdeck out the window for the Kontrol S4, first impression was AWESOME. Now that I got all the excitement out, I'm having a pretty particular problem..

I mix two genres, House and DnB. House so far I've had no problems with while playing live, drum and bass on the other hand, I'm having a rather interesting problem.

When I initially load up a track into a deck, I can see the beat grid laying perfectly on the track (some tracks register at 174 other times it's 87 but I'm used to this as I always used to use beat tap on the mixdeck to set the bpm x2) but after traktor 2 finishes analyzing, the beat grid is kick off-beat about 1/2. It's the oddest thing I've ever seen, and particularly annoying to boot.

My question is, does anyone know of this particular issue? Is there a function I have enabled that's causing the grid to jump off-beat like this AFTER the track is analyzed?

Also, using shift as a beat tap seems to be highly inefficient in traktor 2, in Traktor Pro it wasn't ever a problem and 99% of the time you could get the beat on the DOT with 4 taps. Any word on this?

Beat tap is crap in TPro2. I miss it. There is an article in the bugs section at thetraktorbible.com about it.

To fix the grid just delete traktor's grid marker and set your own.
