DIY Passive Footswitch to MIDI Using Your Soundcard

Nice project where this guy shows how to use the inputs on a MOTU-brand audio interface to hook up a footswitch to a computer. The switch is just a passive momentary switch, but it's a super easy project and doesn't require money. I'd love to have one and use it as a modifier in Traktor.

Haha that kind of like my idea of using a plastic bag as a midi controller, monitor the a line input with a db level detection that turn the volume into a midi control signal. Nice find
