vci-100 firmware???

Sorry for that post if it's redundant.

I bought a black vci-100 and I'm not sure which firmware it as.

When I push both vinyls mode buttons at the same time the jog wheels are desactivated (might be fw 1.2)

But, when I use the jog wheels the sensor (and the red light under the jog) stays on until the wheel stops turning, not directly when I release my finger, is it the way they are suppose to behave under firmware 1.2 ( red light to blue light on the jog wheel when it stops turning)
