Akai MPD18 Posted on: 24.10.2009 by Kayleen Positano Just picked one of these up yesterday, and I am nothing but pleased with it. The pads all feel super nice, the fader is smooooth, and for the price of 75 dollars, I just couldn't say no.Currently using it for cue points (obv.), bmp tapping (some of my grids get wonky), and turning effects on/off quickly (not toggling them: using this with the flanger can get some pretty neat sounds.) Oh, and the fader is currently doing D/W for both effects banks. Anyone else have one of these? Any suggestions regarding what I should do with the other two banks of commands? | |
