Merlyn Komula 02.11.2009 | Hey gents I cut metal at work using a plasma automated system, if you guys want custom plates for your vci, all i need is the the layout of the plates in dxf or pdf (I can convert) format! top and bottom plates please! If u guys can get that to me, then for a price just $50 shipped u can get both top and bottom plates cut out in any thickness metal! (i wouldn't go more then 1/16 of an inch though, then it would be too thick) See if anyone can get the layout to me I'll make one, video it and take pics and then we can go from there! Remember I only cut the plates no painting or powder coating! Although it would be ideal to powder coat the plates instead of spray painting them! But your on your own from there! Happy Mixing! |

Jenny Pow 25.04.2008 | How much you believe that would cost? i dont have the tools nor do i trust my self to do a good job with painting. |
Ryan Konarski 25.04.2008 | yea u can put stickers but is better if u sanded and painted and then engraved a lil be more money but worth it |
Jenny Pow 24.04.2008 | you believe it would be possible to use that template and make a custom sticker to put over the top of the vestax? |
Roygan Chy 24.04.2008 | I bet you could toss your faceplate on a scanner. Scan it in high-res. Then use photoshop and play with the levels till you have just a black and white image. Then you could run the live trace tool in Illustrator. Or get a really nice ruler and plot the thing out in Illustrator or a cad program. Then hope someone praises you for all that hard work ;-) |
ezequiel tapia 16.04.2008 | could likely get a decent result from illustrator's pathfinder with these yeah? |
