Just got done making a box for my VCI-100, decided to put a usb port on the side so all i need to do is plug in the VCI into the box.

Now i just need to mod the box so it opens fully, but thats a job for tomorrow

Depends on the situation

If you want to put multiple devices in there personally i would build in a decent USB hub into the device.

I dont believe they have multiple port ones no, just these single port ones.

Cool mod, I'll remember that when I do my flight case for my Xones. It will have to have Three USB ports and I'll also do a couple RCA outs and AC power jack, plus a headphone jack or two in the front. I just have to get the case custom made or make it myself to fit everything.
