Victor BlueDragon 07.12.2009 | i followed the link but could't see 'em. but that post is hella funny |
Usha Leahan 05.12.2009 | mixvibes pro works good for video mixing ...if you have a good 521 gig or more video card ...a lot off ram & the right video file format I''m in the same boat as Drimachus....I love the beta off mixvibes VFX but it is only coming out with new midi controller & I don't need another midi controller I'm hoping mixvibes will do a VFX software only download then I will be all over it like a fat kid on cake here a link to a post I made....using mixvibes Vestax vci 100 & mixvibes pro 7 for video mixing & scratching http://www.ausdjcommunity s.com/modules.p...iewtopic&t=178 |
Victor BlueDragon 04.12.2009 | and I've tried to make it. It's VERY stable. Check out the new mixvibes VFX. 4 players. Cool FX and transitions. Like wahwah fx and luma based trans. Works with vinyl or midi. Has easy to use "touch the control" style midi mapping. Comes with it's own controller (and lots of control files for other products (including the VCI-100) It preview the vid in the player, has a vid preview screen with contrast, luma, and saturation, and another mains vid output screen. And the GUI is fully moveable(all windows position can be moved) It's NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICe! |
Thomasine Mailhiot 04.12.2009 | sounds cool mates . but i saw many comments in Virtual dj site , what is crashing really really offen . i wanna buy dvj software , but still not decide yet ! im believe about VDJ and MixVibes pro ...may be somebody can give some advices about it , and help me to make a right choice ! sorry 4 my english ))) |
Victor BlueDragon 01.12.2009 | Bear with me folks, Once again I remembered something. I had already tested VDJ with 1440 * 1080 video. Which it had played just fine. So I gave it a run through again. It looks like 1280 by 720 may be just a bit too "out of square". I put some vids in 1440*1280, played 'em. 1280 * 1080, success. So it looks more a GUI restriction than a software limitation. |

Victor BlueDragon 26.11.2009 | i remembered that some will have a better camera than I, and will consider HD to be 1280; instead of 1080. VDJ 6 Pro WILL PLAY 1080 video QUITE weLL. On my system, (your results may vary, with different codecs) I was unable to get VDJ 6 Pro to play any 1280 video(regardless of frame rate) I was able to re-format the 1280 video to smaller aspect ratios and play very well. Cues, loops, scratching, juggling, etc. |
Victor BlueDragon 25.11.2009 | http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5qBQRrDLsc Don't stress on the sound quality, that came from an old vcr tape. VDJ 6 is killer with video. I've thrown HD at it with cues, loops, FX everything, and not one problem. Also, there's gonna be a new player on the VJing front soon. It's called Mixvibes VFX. It's gonna get a lot of attention for the sickest video transitions and FX going. Nothing else comes close. There's a vid with it on my page. |
Thomasine Mailhiot 25.11.2009 | to greatmesk: man i see you use virtual vinyl ? how is video mixing works? crashing?did you try to use korg nano for cue points? |
Myrtle Billegas 25.11.2009 | VDJ all the way my man Go grab the demo, you will have a blast |
Thomasine Mailhiot 24.11.2009 | im believeing about mixvibes producer 7 , but i read what it crashed....( so its mean we dont have any stabile software for using vci 100 and midifighter for video cue point junggling ??? |
