VCI 300 touch sensor knobs broken, how to service? Posted on: 17.12.2009 by Allie Papadimitriou I sent a customer support request into Vestax after both screws on the back of the vci300 broke off. The are stuck with the platters pressed down so no music will play. I took off the casing and looked at the piece thats broken, its a cheap three prong little guy sodered to the sound card board. Looks simple enough to replace on my own, but my units only about 6 months and the warranty is a year (according to Guitar Center). Anyone had any experience getting things serviced through Vestax? I sent them a message, but there was no way I could find to directly request service. Thanks. | |
