guhh another nanopad thread Posted on: 31.12.2009 by Davida Eiswerth I've felt that I've search through this community
along with a few others and have gotten no where with this so here it goesjust got the korg nano pad, I haven't gotten it to work too well in traktor yet but that's for later, I'm trying to get it to work as a simple drum pad in ableton. I load up a kit and have it ready to go but the only pads that work are 6 and 12 (last two on end) on scene 2. The rest work sometimes when I hit them but it's not reliable. I've tried going through the editor program but don't know how that will help. if anyone knows what's going on I'd appreciate some help with this thanks | |

Davida Eiswerth 11.01.2010 | thanks for the suggestions, it turns out that it was faulty, had it exchanged for a new one that worked perfect right when I plugged it in I knew it wasn't me... |
Sharleen Binckley 02.01.2010 | Also, have you downloaded the nanopad software from the korg website? The pads are velocity sensitive but you have to download the software to be able to adjust the sensitivity. It might be that you're not hitting them hard enough and so need to adjust the setting so that it recognises a lighter touch. |
Sharleen Binckley 02.01.2010 | Did you buy it new? It sounds to me like you got a faulty unit or something. Mine worked perfectly out of the box in ableton. Have you got drivers etc? |
