I still use “bulky turntables” because the 7 bit jog wheels on Traktor controllers just don’t cut it when it comes to beat juggling and scratching. I’m very tempted to pick up a VCI-300 and try out Itch just so that I could bring far less gear to jigs.

I wish the sync button would stay on too but unfortunately it does make sense why it doesn’t. I bet if I didn’t use super slippery slip mats and used something like the hard rubber mats that came with my Techs songs wouldn’t drift at all.

I've seen a few of these questions asked and am confused as to why if your using timecode would you want to use sync? Whats the point of having bulky turntables or cdjs and using sysnc when you can get a compact midi controller.

No sync won't stay on. If u press sync it will line up the two songs according to what beatgrid you have set, but it won't sync lock so if the bpm of the 2 songs are different then it will drift out off time eventually if you match the bpm of both songs.
