Lillia Doc 17.06.2010 | I have an Arduinome 256 build going on (I know HUGE) get on the monome.org boards and talk to the user BIBO. he makes monome logic board clones (ie: all in one logic boards) and 8x8 button pads that only require board to logic board connection with 2 ribbon cables. I suck at soldering and have testdriven these boards to be INDESTRUCTABLE. there is also a guy there who creates faceplates out of alluminium for cheap. I got a faceplate for the 256 and a riser out of acrylic plastic for 80 bucks. |

robin loo 06.06.2010 | yes it can be done. but with 1 umc32 you can only make a 16 buttons matrix if you want leds.. but you can easily buy two UMCs and connect them. check out http://halemicro.com/Products/Products.html . their community is really good too, kenny the owner helps a lot.. http://community s.halemicro.com/ i have an umc project with exactly these buttons (only 2 though). LED powered.. http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=12763 |
