Hi every one i am new to the community and kinda new to dj'ing, i am doing it on my free time (i am studying in med school so i don't have 2 much of it :-) ) any ways i wanted to get me a controller something good for not more than 300$ for now, until i get enough money to get the VCI. i am using traktor. can any one give me some suggestions?

If your patient then you could probably find someone selling a VCI-100 for about that price.

i have an audio 4 dj already so i don't need a sound card only a controller :-)

You could always looked for used stuff, i got a vci-100 and a audio 4 dj for 400 dollars

I hear pretty good things about the Hercules RMX.

If you have a extra 100 you should go for the Xponent its great to begin with. Just do a little mod to the sliders and youre done, oh and a Audio 2 from NI

So 200 extra hmm maybe it isnd so good to start with
