VCI100 Hardware Problems ?

Hey Guys, 2 questions

1.I have the strange problem, that the black poti on the back on my vci (this one for the crossfader curve) influences the jog wheel sensivity...

that means: ich i make the curve harder, then the sensivity of the jog wheels (most times only the left one) get higher, sometimes so high, that it got red without touching and the track stops... is this a hardware problem?

2.my second problem is, that after i updated to FW 1.3 i still got the ramp up problem... so when is scratch an release a jogwhel, it still stays red as long it is moving...i thought that with 1.3 it would start playing at the moment you release the jogs

PS: Sorry for my English, greetings from Germany
