I just got an email stating that the controller in this video is going to be available "in a few weeks." The video is pretty cool -- it came out in January and there was some buzz but I haven't heard anything since until now. Even with the new NI controller coming out I'm still looking forward to see what happens with the 4MidiLoop controller. I'm guessing that it will be pricey though since it's basically a custom job....

I agree this mixer seems to have everything you would need and they're not trying to reinvent the wheel, by adding stupid stuff they believe is a good idea. Now only if it had some jog wheels.

Just so you know Steve, I was just playing. Sometimes I forget that the witty remarks that are funny in my head don't always come across that way on the internet.

I will say I like having a jog wheel, but I don't see much of a need for two though, and could live without them for a little while until I got a Xone 1D.

But adding jog wheels *is* reinventing the wheel. :P

Watch the vid. Most of the controls are highlighted during it. It seems very well laid out, and doesn't have those stupid jog wheels taking up valuable real estate.
