Hello DJTTs community s! I have found some used technics M5GS from a guitar center for $500 a piece and was wondering whether or not to pull the trigger on em. Im gonna use em with my Xone Dx and purchase traktor scratch pro as well. They said that needles and carts are not included. I attached the photos of them .10-15-10 051.jpg

They're not having counterweights, slipmats or headshells.

M5G's are, hands down, the best turntables i've ever played on. They are worth the extra money, no doubt.

Yea, I looked at the pictures, they're not too bad! Definitely better than the ones I was looking at haha >.<

thanks for the advice. did you see the pics? at first i was a little concerned about the state of the tts, but maybe its just me. theres another listing on craigslist for some 1210s for 500 for both, but i like the convenience of just paying by credit card and i believe gc has a return policy if something is wrong with them.

Nada, these are M5G's, aka the Grandmasters.

supersanj, I was actually looking at buying some M5G's a couple days ago, when I checked the completed listings on eBay, most of them were going for between 400 and 500. If you'd rather not deal with the hassle of eBay and waiting for them to ship then I'd say go for them.

Pretty expensive, no? I was offered 2 1200's a while back for $200 each I believe...
