Posted on: 10.12.2010 by Maryanne Weatherill
Hi guys, First off thanks for all the help iv recieved so far.

Im using fergo to convert hid to midi (everything is ok here) but could someone please tell me how to get the information from fergo into traktor and yes i have downloaded maple mid. But have no idea what to do with it.

I know im being a bit vague but could someone please tell me.

Im a total noob to making midi controllers but i hope with time and patients i can get it working.

Thanks

P.S Im using an xbox contorller that i have working through usb on my laptop..

Once you have the midi yoke installed, open up Fergo and set the midi out to Midi Yoke 1. In traktor open up the controller manager, and create a new "Generic Midi Device" and set the "In-Port" to Midi Yoke 1.
Then setup your mapping in traktor and have fun.
Thank you so much man really apreciate it... Il try it after the weekend too much study and work to do for the weekend.. Thanks doh.

Be warned i could be back :L
