Faulty NS7FX or Software Glitch?

Hey guys! So i was doing a session and learning how to beat match when i noticed something odd. Whenever I start up Serato ITCH, Deck B will never be at 0% in terms of the Pitch control, EVEN though the pitch control is set to zero and the LED next to it is lit. no matter whatever song you load onto Deck B, it will always be a super slow pitch. However, the minute you move the pitch control (even a little bit), it will go back to normal. And this will never happen again, as long as Serato is still running. But if i close the program and reopen it, the same thing occurs. I am just trying to figure out what the heck is going on here and Whether or not i have a defective unit... Or was there a option that i might have accidentally selected. Man, never thought my setting up my system would be so problematic...

Any Input would be helpful! Appreciate it!

I just tested the issue on a NS7 and V7 but can't reproduce it.

How about re-installing Itch or trying it on another PC/Mac?

Even if your ns7fx is the problem I wouldn't bother sending the unit in.
Its just a minor issue and your time is better spent practicing than lugging the heavy thing to the next parcels office.
