Help with Oxygen 8
Posted on: 08.02.2011 by Christen Hedayati
This has been driving me crazy for a while, and would greatly help me use this thing as a temporary controller until I get my bonus (AKA new S4)

For some reason, the bottom row of knobs (C1-C4) are only partial motion. Some are lower half, some are upper, but none of them are full range. Is there any way to turn this thing into a "dumb" midi controller, or set up the mapping to where I can use them as full range faders like filters and eq?

Thnx!

Do they work in Ean's mapping?

Yea, I've also used Ableton just to see, and it's almost as if the knobs are hardware or firmware limited. Weird huh

either way, the knobs should have full range in Traktor. Have you tried mapping them to anything?

Yea I don't actually like that mapping, I tried using it but my style is different

you can download Ean's Oxygen-8 mapping here and just import it to Traktor
