Xone:3D Windows 7 Drivers
Xone:3D Windows 7 Drivers Posted on: 26.04.2011 by Annita Richers Hey everyone. I just picked up a used 3D from a pawn shop for 500 dollars. I believe it should be a pretty good investment, but I can't get it to work on my Windows 7 32 bit machine. They don't have any drivers up on their site, and I read somewhere that you need to run the Vista drivers as Administrator to get it to work, but so far nothing has returned any results to speak of. If anyone has one of these machines running on a Windows 7 box, I'd like to know how to get it to work. Sincerely, C-Shanty. UPDATE: So I can't get the controller to talk to the computer at all. Every time I try to install the drivers, it asks me to plug in the USB cable. I've tried doing it as many ways as I could believe of, but the installer times out and tells me it's sorry. I guess the point I'm at now is I'm going to test out the ins and outs of the actual mixer, and I might just keep it for that. The other interesting thing is that it has midi ins and outs, so I'm wondering if I can't bypass the soundcard and get a midi USB interface to use the controller sections still. Any thoughts or suggestions? I have 29 days before I have to return it. Thanks. | |
