apc80 mod. Should I?

I'm believeing about doing the apc80 mod to control traktor scratch 2. My apc40 is currently mapped to traktor but i believe with an additional apc20 it will give me the more options i need. Does anyone here have any experience with it? I've only seen the youtube videos.

Trying to EQ on encoders is silly.
They're really not bad once you're used to them, to be honest. I slightly prefer using pots, but it's not nearly as bad as you make it out to be to use encoders.

I just got my apc20 to complete the apc80 today but I won't be able to play around with it until this weekend. I got it for a great price brand new and comes with a $30 mail in rebate. I have an awesome custom mapping that I will share with you guys when I'm done with it.

I'm pretty accurate at using the rotary knobs. I guess I just got use to em.

Ya dude, i built the APC80 and i use it in TSP 2. I LOVE IT, its a beast of a controller and you have so many options to program with the huge button layout!

Check out my vid as well- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Y0AkP2GSXw

ah thanks mate!

Yeah....I need a better vid showing it off....definitely!

I guess it depends on what mapping you use and how you want to use at the end of teh day.

Its well worth it!
