MPD 24 (With Custom Fat Pad Upgrade That I have done) Pros: Nice feel to fat pads, 2 more knobs than the MPD 26, Solid construction like all MPDs, Red pads that look unique Cons: Minor scratches near faders and small graze/chip on bottom corner (not visible unless unit is turned over), Transport controls send MMC messages(however I've heard that this is fixed with a firmware update but I don't use it since they're not really that useful anyway and most of the other controllers have the same transport controls) |

Kandra Fagler 19.08.2011 | had an extensive play with the padkontrol - really nice rubbery pads, feels pretty good in fact better pads 100000000x than the shitty el cheapo korg nanoPAD2's that are way too stiff havent tried the mpd yet so cant say anything bout it |
Romaine Moakler 19.08.2011 | I own an MPD24 with the fat pad upgrade (it looks pretty sick) that I happen to be selling if you're interested in a pad controller with 2 extra knobs compared to the MPD26. $160 shipped and I can take pics. |
Percy Keehan 18.08.2011 | depends what u want korg- illuminated buttons - xy pad mpd- knobs - faders ur pick |
