Volume Fader Issues - VCI100-SE *I HAVE A GIG SOON*
Posted on: 16.10.2011 by Jeffie Morla
Hey guys, my left volume fader on my VCI-100SE is giving me some problems.

As I'm sliding it up the values continue to rise normally but when I get to the top it freaks out and jumps around down to 60% or 70% volume, but if I slide it barely to the top it'll sit around 99%.

I've seen another topic with this issue and the answer given was they tried to remap it. And that's something I haven't tried doing. Does anyone have any fixes I can try?

I have my first gig on October 28th and this is freaking me out!

It's 10 days away. I'd open it up now and clean it, just follow the instructions and be careful, you'll be fine.

try putting some compressed air through the fader slots if you've gone a while w/o cleaning it
