Alphonso Deitchman 12.03.2013 | Why is sales tax not an excuse for a difference in price? People in Germany/Europe pay taxes and receive benefits for doing so, whereas people living in the USA pay less and receive less. |
Corey Tronchin 12.03.2013 | and in America it's null? I hate it that companies believe they can keep getting away with just changing the euro sign. Good for Americans obviously (and please enjoy it) but flight costs are not an excuse for software. Neither is sales taxes... |
Alphonso Deitchman 12.03.2013 | Sales tax in Germany is 19% |

Rochel Gleese 12.03.2013 | I believe ultimate 8 to 9 is a bit rich, they should offer a way to download the extras and add them on to the drive. Battery, Monark and the solid mix series are worth $150 for me, the rest is bonus? |

Johnsie Kingrea 11.03.2013 | I believe the thing with komplete is you just have to jump in knowing that yes every year there will be a new one but the updates are more then reasonable. Yes I paid 600 last year for 8 and I'm happy to pay $150 each year for new updates and new software. Once you've bought it the cost to keep it updated goes way down. |
Alphonso Deitchman 11.03.2013 | Glad I picked up K8 for half price last year along with free Razor, Session Strings, and The Mouth. What's the point of calling it Komplete 9 if there's next to no difference from 8? |
Rochel Gleese 11.03.2013 | Probably that and new expansions but no ones ever happy |
Preston Oya 11.03.2013 | Kind of a major disappointment if you ask me. Is there anything different from 8 other than Battery and that new Synth? |

Preston Oya 11.03.2013 | komplete 8 is on sale right now until March 26. I'm sure they will announce Komplete 9 by then |
Lisa Lochotzki 11.03.2013 | I'm pretty sure it's Komplete 9. What's inside? well, probably a revamp of everything we actually know as of now. As usual, end of March seems a classic and plausible release date... |
Kara Okumoto 10.03.2013 | Battery 4 for sure. Looks like the interface has been completely redesigned to take advantage of the RGB color pads of Maschine. Maybe they'll come out with iBattery for iPad as well... |

Iraida Linihan 06.03.2013 | at the :15 mark, it shows 60 separate pads or whatever you would like to call them, all with what appeared to be single clips on them? |
Kasandra Kreindler 05.03.2013 | HOW DID THEY KNOW?! that i wanted a electro trap sound generator :P |
Wallace Lawmaster 05.03.2013 | I first thought a new Battery too. or maybe bringing Remix Decks in some form to world of Komplete. |
Cliff Fairall 05.03.2013 | I was first believeing some type of sequencer... maybe, an iPad app that plays out loops similar to the scene sequencer in Maschine. Otherwise, may be on the refresh of Battery camp, too. next version of Komplete is due out soon, so it does seem they are giving more reasons to upgrade (I passed up the last one because of the lack of upgrades). |
Jetta Drenzek 05.03.2013 | Well I was just about to start a thread on this. Judging by the styles/demos, it sounds like some kind of performance interface, add to that it's has RGB cells, I instantly looked at my Kontrol F1. Wishful believeing, but I believe it's going to be some Maschine-centric instrument. I also hope for Maschine integration to Traktor, or even just the Maschines features, because I find one of the main things stopping the F1 from being a major game changer is that you can't edit the cells directly. |
