VMeter - USB Midi Touch Strip Controller & Display
VMeter - USB Midi Touch Strip Controller & Display Posted on: 02.11.2011 by Arcelia Siebeneck Surprised no one has mentioned this on here before (did a search and no results).http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgOspkbwJsQ Anyone considered incorporating one or two of these badboys into a diy midi controller? Personally I'd like to see 4 of them as the main channel faders in a S4 style mixer. The touch strips could be multi purpose - mainly for volume but with a toggle could be used as effects controls. The nice thing is the leds can be controlled via midi... a VU meter is the obvious candidate but they could also be used to display effects parameters, track position, cue mix or even just a bpm controlled light show! http://vmeter.net | |
