Broadcasting with a Pioneer Ergo and Traktor Pro 2
Posted on: 29.11.2011 by Rochell Birchmier
Hi Guys,

My first post on this great community ! I tried searching for related topics but nothing really answered my questions, hopefully someone can help.

I have purchased the Pioneer Ergo which I am hoping to use for broadcasting an online radio show and maybe recording some podcasts. When broadcasting I will be using Nicecast as I believe Traktor Pro 2 does not support MP3 Streaming?

The Ergo is connected to my Mac and I will be running Traktor Pro 2. Will the mic connected to the Ergo work when broadcasting? Or will I need any further gear ?

I would test myself but I am still using a demo of TP2 until payday and my new Mic is not being delivered until the weekend!

Any help would be great.
