Dannielle Glassey 04.12.2011 | I've tried it with regular midi and it was horrible. There is just too much data coming in. |
Patrica Giancaterino 04.12.2011 | Perhaps an easier alternative if you're running windows is Mil0's midi2lcd vu meter. check it out: http://www.djranking s.com/community /showthread.php?t=18512 |
Janyce Henningson 03.12.2011 | I tried it with a vci300 and the data is outputted as midi - it just caused lots of problems with transfer because of the constant stream of data, drop-outs with sound, etc.... Although that was a couple of years ago, maybe it's different now.. |
Kecia Wnukowski 03.12.2011 | building it , no, mapping it yes. You just use whatever you see fit (post or pre fader volume) and you divide then your range in chunks for the different leds/midi signals. I don't go into the exact details but basically that's how you do it. |
