How To Customize LED's in Traktor Pro 2
Posted on: 19.01.2012 by Layla Busque
Alright so I've seen a lot of videos floating around on Youtube with dudes utilizing their APC40 with Traktor. I have my APC midi mapped pretty much exactly how I want it but my problem is after mapping the I/O's of the notes, I can't seem to get any LED response via the clip matrix.

For example: I have the top two rows of the clip matrix mapped to toggle effects unit 1-4 on decks a, b, c, & d. What's happening is the buttons only register an LED when it it is held down even though my mapping are set to toggle mode. I figured out how to control some of the different colors and flashing settings but have no luck keeping the lights lit after they are pushed making it very difficult to remember what is on/off.

Help?

I can't bring myself to read it properly yet, but I keep telling myself I will
no need to get that hardcore, all the led midi info is in this thread or should be

and all midi spec info should be in my midimasher config file here: http://midimasher.djism.com/lua/devices/apc40.lua
