How much important is a good RCA cable? will the sound change? i.e. more bright in the middle tones, a more tasteful low-range, etc.. The same for speakers cables (I mean speakon and XLR for active boxes..) What do you use in your setup? Have you tried any other cable? Regards! | |

| Erica Charvet 20.03.2012 | There is NO difference between a signal transmitted via "cheap" vs "high end" wire. Occasionally a signal cable with (very) poor shielding can pick up some interference from being placed near a power wire, but that's about it. The only thing you need to look for when buying cables are price, durability, and gauge (if looking at speaker wire). |
