Vestax Typhoon Modification.

Hello Forum

I'm looking into modifying my Vestax Typhoon and re-casing the finished result. My plan is take it apart and replace the EQ faders with more traditional EQ pots. I will also plan to re-position and replace many of the buttons in to two groups of eight arcade buttons very similar to the layout on the Vestax VCI 380.

Do any of you know if this is possible by simply taking apart my Vestax Typhoon, unsoldering the components and replacing them with others? I'll post an image of my proposed layout and how I intend to make this happen and how I propose to map the controller soon
