Jerica Salava 22.02.2013 | OK. I believe the next step is to find the cheapest class compliant USB audio interface tested and approved with Traktor DJ. Keep me posted. |

Meg Reinoehl 23.02.2013 | OK, sweet. Ever since I got my iPad 2 years ago, I've been wanting Traktor on it so seeing this app is like a dream come true. I can't wait for the future updates that bring MIDI control and external mixing. |
nayit ruiz jaramillo 23.02.2013 | Theoretically yes but the master channel is way louder than the cue channel. I haven't tried it though as my A6 is not here. I believe full on external mode will come in later version. There is a lot of demand for it. |
Meg Reinoehl 22.02.2013 | Karlos, There's something about the A6/A10 compatibility that I haven't seen specifically mentioned. All of the marketing says you have pre-listen and cue functionality or you can use a splitter cable for dedicated control. Does this mean that you can't send each deck to separate outputs to go into 2 channels of a DJ mixer? Thanks, |
Lauretta Ehrhorn 22.02.2013 | If this app gets timecode support then I'm in. Gonna hold until then. Other products out there that do a similar job at the minute. |
Barton Rigazio 22.02.2013 | Can you record your mixes on the app? |

Dominique Caughill 22.02.2013 | I'm loving it. It's a well built app, intuitive and very addictive. Can't wait to get it incorporated into my sets. |
Teresia Janusch 22.02.2013 | do we believe this will work with the DJM900? tbh i cant see me gigging with this, but for parties and stuff it could be cool...might get an audio 2 if that will work ok. |

For those who want this kind of functionality in Traktro Pro natively (without being tied to playing the iPad app) and have shelled out for the Lemur app...I made a Lemur template/mapping which emulates exactly what the "Freeze" feature does and a whole lot more...it's posted here: https://maps.djranking s.com/mappings/1120 Hope someone finds it helpful, cheers! |

Leave the actual track finding stuff out, do multi-touch combo effects with filters, and freeze mode. Sure touch osc can do it, or lemur, but a traktor full intergration would be awesome. |
Ranae Selck 21.02.2013 | Do you guys see this becoming a way to control Decks c and d along with the S2? That would be the big appeal to me at the moment |
nayit ruiz jaramillo 21.02.2013 | All iOS devices must be synchronized with the same iTunes Library running on the same computer as TRAKTOR PRO. iOS devices linked to other computers/libraries will not be able to sync properly with TRAKTOR PRO. You would need iTunes on your laptop and the tracks must be on the same laptop to transfer to the iPad. Only then will metadata sync work. |

It has a few niggles form a personal point of view (only basic hotcues, everything has to be quantised and for some reason my tracks don't play from the first beat) but for a first release its damn near excellent. And IMO, |
Rochel Gleese 21.02.2013 | I'm a bit worried about the sync and what it actually syncs, it needs to have a checkbox like in traktor pro, being able to lock certain tags down in traktor pro so they're not over written etc. |

Johnsie Kingrea 21.02.2013 | There a couple things I'd love to see. 1) A traktor iOS soundcard, with DVS support. 2) Browser support or using the ipad as more of an additional tool for traktor. It'd be cool if you could display either the browser or remix deck cells this could act a possible bridge with Maschine as well. Either way this is a pretty impressive 1.0 spp |

Independent tempo control seems like an oversight unless they see this as far too advanced for its intended audience. I'm sure we'll see controller integration in future versions too. |
Albertina Fay 21.02.2013 | haven't downloaded yet because I don't have my iPad with me, but is there a way to change the cue marker type, most importantly the "Load" marker? |
Kristeen Philippi 21.02.2013 | I tried it this morning, it's amazing. All it needs now is 2 more decks and MIDI control I have an iPad 3 and the camera connection kit, but when I tried connecting my Audio 10 I got an alert message saying it was drawing to much power (even with the power supply plugged in). I hope there's a workaround, I'd love to use this with an external mixer. |
