K2 question
K2 question Posted on: 21.06.2012 by Rosanna Naeyaert Hi everyone,I got my K2 a fortevening back and loving it so far. 4 deck mapping (alongside an X1) is done and will be posted on this community when I get around to make a suitable drawing of all the functions. Now there is one thing that annoys the hell out of me: the output routing seems to be 'wrong' when Traktor isn't running. Only the headphone output works outside of traktor which is stupid because it's already hooked up to the sound system anyway, why do I have to switch cables every time I want to listen to normal music? Is there any way to fix this? Do I have the settings wrong in Traktor or what? I'm using a Macbook, if that makes any difference. | |

| Ashanti Andreacchio 21.06.2012 | Bb5 is also A#5 and Ab5 is also G#5 b is 1/2 not down and # is 1/2 note up Db=C# Eb=D# Gb=F# Ab=G# Bb=A# that should help map your LEDs |

| Rosanna Naeyaert 20.06.2012 | well the manual is actually the problem: it says the correct note for orange is Bb5 for example. now in the mapping interface in traktor no such note exists, only B5 or B#5. most color led outputs other than red have such notes that traktor does not accept. what am I doing wrong? |

Most of the green and orange ones require half-notes that are not accessible via the traktor mapping interface, such as 'Bb5' (everything 'b' doesn't show up in Traktor)... Is there a way to 'convert' those to Traktor language? |
