Kiyoko Wellisch 23.07.2012 | Sure is. As I said above, you have have up to 2 decks of vinyl, the remaining input has no phono preamp so it has to be CD. You could, however, buy a cheap battery powered phono preamp for 5 quid, that'd probably do the job if you wanted to use 3 turntables |
Lance Blaise 23.07.2012 | And one more question, as i see that NI is not selling the Audio 8 scratch anymore (with 4 channels wich is what i need) is it possible to output 3 decks with the Audio 6?? |
Jenna Skeem 21.07.2012 | A6 scratch Pro bundle definaely looks good, tis what im getting in a couple of weeks |
Kiyoko Wellisch 20.07.2012 | I'd probably recommend skipping that and buying it online. A6 Soundcard + Certified upgrade pack costs more than just the A6 bundle alone I believe. May want to double check that though- it'll depend on how much it's going for in store. |
Lance Blaise 20.07.2012 | here in my town many stores sell the A6 non scratch version yet... |
Kiyoko Wellisch 20.07.2012 | You can't buy the A6 without traktor scratch any more, how were you gunna get that? It'd be a lot more expensive to buy it all separately. |
Lance Blaise 20.07.2012 | well i can find it in a store here... i want to know if it is a good idea to buy the A6 non scratch version... and then buy the vinyls and timecode cds... |
Latoria Kavulich 20.07.2012 | ^ +1 You used to be able to pick up an audio6/10 separately and go down the scratch update path that way (thats what i did) but now they dont sell them separately like popinjay mentions. |
Kiyoko Wellisch 20.07.2012 | Yes, when you buy the Audio 6 you get a Traktor Scratch licence with it, 2 timecode CDs and 2 timecode records. You can use the Audio 6 to control 3 timecode decks at once (2 turntables or CDs and 1 CD) Your midi controller will continue to work as it did before |
