Xone:4D soundcard broken? Already?!

Hi @ all,

it looks like the soundcard of my 4D is broken.
Channels 1-3 have much more less dynamic as channel 4 (the only one that works right).

If you listen to this recording you will hear what i mean:
http://www12.zippyshare.com/v/47690030/file.html (Channel 1-3)
http://www12.zippyshare.com/v/40341249/file.html (Channel 4)

Of course any setting was exactly the same (EQ, levels..).

When i use my Audio 4 everything is okay so the analog mixer part and the faders are okay.
Hmm, how can that be? Unit was bought not one month ago

Maybe one of you heard about this issue before?

TIA!

If it's second hand, check the jumpers inside. You can hardwire it to Phono.

Also check your cables. The Audio4 may have a common ground, disguising a broken cable shield.

Try updating the firmware, re-install the drivers, check your Windows settings for the audio.
