Need help with installing Bourns faders... Having trouble reading schematics... Pins?

The final step of my Midifighter Classic mod is soldering in the (4) Bourns faders (PTE60-151B-103B2).

Here is the product page:
http://www.newark.com/bourns/pte60-1...ide/dp/17M1567

Here is the data sheet (with schematics on the first page):
http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/759287.pdf

- The fader has 3 pins on it, labeled 1,2, and 3.
- Pins 1 and 2 are next to each other on one end. Pin 3 is alone on the other end.
- I am using the single gang version.
- I don't have a multimeter and am not very good at figuring out schematics. First time wiring up faders!

I need your help figuring out which pin to wire to the +5V, the Ground, and the Analog terminals on my Midifighter Classic PCB.

Here is a pic of the schematic for quick reference.

I won't be much help here, but I can offer this.

If I had to guess I would say 2 is ground. Maybe someone smarter than me will pop in here.
